Thanks for the tag Mrs.T, i'm a bit late answering this one because i was so busy with some other things the past few day.... Anyways, here it goes....

1. Name one thing you do everyday.- I spend longer hours in front of the computer everyday....

2. Name two things you wish you could learn.- To learn how to fly a Jet Fighter Plane was my dream when i was just a kid.... Learning how to play the drums is another....

3. Name three things that remind you of your childhood.- Being surrounded by my parents and my siblings, Whenever i go to places that i've been before also reminds me of my childhood and when i'm in pinas i use to watch small kids playing in the their yard like we used to do when we were kid....

4. Name four things you love to eat but rarely do.- Aha, this is the question i'm more expert about....! Well, i love to eat Arroz Ala Valenciana it's my favorite dish but rarely cooking it, I love to eat Bananacue but it's not available here in australia.... If there's any, i don't know where to find them and also the variety of banana the Saba is also not available here, there's some imported and frozen ones in the fil-shops but they'are very expensive.... I also love to eat Lapaz Bachoy and Nilaga when i was still in the philippines....

5. Name five things that make you feel good.- Of course a long holiday back home will really make me feel good, Talking with AB all the time makes me feel good too, A nice cup of coffee, A walk in the shoreline, and a relaxing afternoon listening to my 80's collection....

Day 2 of 2008....

Breakfast ko ngayon, Arroz Caldo with chicken wings yum-yum....! Teka nasan ba ang chicken wings dyan at parang wala naman....?!

Kasalukuyan pa pong hinahabol yung organ donor na manok na magdu-donate nung wings and other body parts he-he....!

Maaga akong nagising ngayon, mga 30 minutes earlier than yesterday.... Maaga ba yun....?! Naligo, naglinis ng rice cooker, balak sanang magsaing pero naisip ko, dapat yata sana ay yun ang inuna ko bago ko dinismantle yung rice cooker ay mali....!

Anyways, naalala kong nagluto pala ako ng isang malaking kaldero ng Arroz Caldo with chicken wings kagabi kaya solb na ang almusal.... Kunting microwave lang ayos na....! May chicken wings yan, nagtatago lang siguro dun sa may ilalim....! Wala akong maisipang gawin, 20 day to go pa bago ako bumalik sa trabaho ulit nakakainip....! Nabu-bored na yata ako dito sa bahay, butas pa ang bulsa ko.... Dalawang bill pa ang nag-aabang, iniisip ko na lang minsan na kunyari ay madami akong pera para wag ako masyadong mag-worry he-he....! Teka, masmasarap yata to with isang tasang kape a.... Kain tayo....! =D

Sydney fireworks display....

I want to share to you this short video of the new years eve celebration that took place last night here in sydney.... Taken from an amateur video in u-tube, thanks u-tube....! You will see here the streets of Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, and Opera House filled with people waiting.... A record crowd of almost 1.5 million people out partying in the streets.... I think they've already closed the streets from traffic here in preparations for the fireworks display at midnight.... Thought as usual, i was not able to go there and watch, but i was closely monitoring the event on tv....

And judging from what i've seen on tv last night, i think the fireworks display was the most spectacular that we've ever seen first thing this morning....! But i don't know, i'm just kind of feeling like as much as possible i want to avoid a large gathering nowaday dahil na rin siguro dun sa mga nakikita ko sa news about terrorism.... But anyways, successful naman ang celebrations kahit na may kunting mga lasingan at hindi pakaintindihan ay naging peaceful naman ang silibrasyon....

Then AB and i spent the night chatting with each other.... I also made a phone call to my parent's place back in pinas, but trying to take the topics away from money matter kasi pag may humingi ng pang new year ay patay kang bata ka....! Kapos kasi si Pepe ngayon alam nyo na.... Then around 3:00 AM aust. time na 12:00 midnight sakto in pinay, i had a very long chismisan with my nanay about dun sa mga bagaybagay na may sanlibong beses ko na yatang narinig mula sa kanya he-he....! Bakit kaya ganun ang mga parents natin minsan, kapag nag-litanya ay paulit-ulit from the time nung pagsalakay ng mga hapon sa pinas to the present pages palagi ang topic.... Kaya naman siguro magaling ako sa phil. history class ko ay dahil na rin dun he-he....! Tapos sa mga kapatid ko na sa awa naman ng diyos ay marunong na ring magpatakbo ng sariling mga life nila, except for one na medyo hindi pa alam kung saang dereksyon ba pupunta, pero nandito naman kaming lahat para patuloy pa rin na magbibigay ng suporta kung kinakailangan....

Nagsi-uwian kasi mga kapatid ko, one from singapore with his wife and 2 years old son, and my brother who is currently working in laguna na may plano na yatang mag asawa dahil bumili na ng bahay dun.... Also my other brother na palagi naman nadun dahil neighbors lang naman sila ng parents ko at isang bakuran lang, and my baby sister na kelan kaya balak mag-asawa....! Tatay ko naman as always, ay palaging naghihilik na everytime na tumatawag ako he-he....! Ako lang yata wala dun kaya next christmas ay sisiguraduhin ko na talagang makaka-uwi ako, fingers crossed....

After that call ay kwentuhan na kami ni AB until namalayan na lang namin na, ops, sumisikat na pala ang araw at maliwanag na sa labas....! Magsi-six 'o clock na pala, time na para matulog ang mga bampira....! Takbo bilis, baka matunaw ka....! Aaaaah....! At yun na nga, natulog na si dracula este si Pepe ng maaga dahil umaga na nga naman talaga at inumaga na nga ako ay tangek he-he....! Fast forward>>> Gumising na after a short 4 hours snooze at kasalukuyang nasa harap ng pyutirs at nagkakape ngayon habang ginagawa tong post na to.... Wow, this is my first ever cup of coffee pala in 2008....! Astig....! Anyways, i have to let you go now ligo muna ako.... And don't forget to enjoys your first of everything in 2008 today....! Happy new beginning everyone....! =D

Manigong Bagong Taon....!

Happy and blessed new year to everyone....! Alam nyo ba na ang first blast of new years eve's celebration ay magsisimula dito sa mga pacific islands sa lower southern regions ng mundo natin like the Tongan and Samoan Islands, and then susunod na ang New Zealand and Australia....? I think it has something to do with the inclination of our planet ayun dun sa alignment ng magkabilang polar regions natin, ang north and south poles.... Ibig sabihin, three hours bago ang bagong taon dyan sa pinas ay mauuna na akong mag-greet sa inyo ng happy new year mamaya according dun sa world time zones natin he-he....!

Na-miss ko tuloy yung preparations for new years eve dyan.... When i was young, we use to start buying the paputok weeks before new years day pa.... Though we couldn't afford those expensive ones dahil saving lang naman talaga from our allowances ang pinangbili namin kasi normally ay hindi agree ang mga parents natin dun sa paputok di ba....? Unless na tulak ng bawal na mga paputok ang parents mo he-he....! Of course hindi rin nawala yong kanyong kawayan, and as usual ay papasa yun sa MPRCB (Mama, Papa, Regulatory, and Censorships Board) at may one month supply ka pa ng ga-as (kerosene) as long na hindi mo susunugin ang mga kilay at buhok mo as in, Blab....! Waaaha-haaa....! Nawala ang kilay ko....! ay safe ka he-he....!

And also, don't forget the ever popular na 13 fruits sa center tables nyo....! Sabi nila, dapat daw at tulad rin to nung mga rules dun sa kasalan.... Something bought, something borrowed, something blue, something old, something new, and last but not not the least, someting stolen from bakod ng may sariling bakod he-he....! I remember, few days before the new years eve ay busy na kami shopping around for those illussive fruits na napakadaling hanapin pero napakamahal naman ng presyo....! Nakakita na ba kayo ng kalamansi na sampung piso ang dalawang piraso....?! At five pesos for bubot ng papaya....! Kaya nga siguro mas-okay pa yung option na something stollen dahil wala kang kahiraphirap at kahit may kunting kaba ay sure-ball ang success he-he....! Pasimplehan mo lang naman ang mga aratiles sa may kabilang bakod at, GRRRRR....! Baw-waw-waw....! Yaiiks! May guardia sibil pala....! =D

But however way we prepare for new years eve ay guaranteed ang excitements and kasayahan nito di ba....? Even with our little simple ways.... Anyways, all i'd like to say this morning dahil medyo napahaba lang ng kunti tong daldalan natin ay, i just like to greet everyone a Happy New Year and please try to make it a safe one dahil kung hindi ay magiging very sikat rin ang mga daliri nyo dito sa downunder na kagaya nung mga lost and found fingers last year....! Pinapanood di namin dito ang mga naputukan kang bata ka dyan sa pinas ha....! Yes, we are watching those little indians waving goodbye rin po dito....! Nakakaawa ngang tingnan pero yan po ang katutuhanan sa oras na isipin mong ikaw ay si superman, babay hinliliit....! Parang tula ah he-he....! O, paano ka pa ngayon mangungulangot nyan....?! He-he....! Anyways ulit, hanggang dito na lang po for this year, and have a safe new year celebrations lang po sa lahat....! =D

1.) Why did you answer this tag?
Well, this is Lady racer's first ever meme and i'm among those first bloggers that she have chosen to hand this meme over, so it's my pleasure and honour i guess to be a part of that first batch of chosen ones thingy he-he....!

2.) What color do you like most?
I'm an artist so my favorite colours are those colours from the very basic part of art itself which are WHITE for a base surface like paper or canvas and BLACK for the sketches and outlines.... But actually, i'm more attracted to a plain white surface more than any other colours....

3.) If you have the chance, what would you probably say to your beloved one?
I will keep loving you until the day that my wheels falls off....

4.) Where is the place that you want to go to the most?
Any wide and open places like a park, shorelines, looking outside the window of an airplane, or the peak of a mountain.... But a rooftop will do kung wala na talaga....

5.) Which part of you that you hate the most?
That will be my uhmm.... Let me think about that first, that's a tough one....! I think it's my temper....! Yeah, when i'm angry, the first 20 minutes is the most critical part.... But i have a lot of patience you know....

6.) When you encounter a sad moment, what would you do?
I just want to be alone for few minutes, then i will try to talk about it.... I guess hearing someones opinions doesn't really change what i believe but it helps me relax and figure thing out....

7.) What are you afraid to lose the most?
Of course my love ones.... They are my source of strength....

8.) If you win $1 million, what would you do?
I been throught that sort of thoughts a million times already eversince and my answer is always the same, to get what is just enought and share the rest of it to whoever needs it the most....

9.) If you meet someone that you love, would you confess to him/her?
If there's something to confess about, then i will.... It would surely help a lot when there's no more dangling weights in between us....

First of all, i've only known her for a good few days when she've started leaving comments for my entries here and i responded back, but i can already feel a great sense of confidence in her, she's also adventurous but behind those toughness, she also have a very soft and caring heart that i've found-out when she've started posting her thoughts out about the life struggles of a blogger called Broken Man in her blog.... And that's her i think.... Yeah, that's her he-he....!

11.) What are your requirements from your other half ?
We call it, to synchronise, no secrets and no lies....

12.) Till now, what is the moment that you regret the most?
Nothing really, i believe that mistakes are designed to be corrected, they give you a valuable tool called experience, but when time comes and still you don't listen to your experiences that's when history repeats iteself.... Gets nyo....? =)

13.) Which type of person do you hate the most?
Those who does unfairness deeds to others....

14.) What you think is your greatest goal in life?
To keep on fulfilling my purpose, to try and form whatever is ahead of me into the shape that i desired it to be.... I use to dream about ideal things, but i think ideals doesn't really exist.... What really lies ahead of us and beyond are just questions and trials that we need to answer, that we have to face, and if ever we'are doing well or so, then the results will be the ideals that we always expect.... That is the purpose that we are into in this life.... No more, no less and my greatest goal is to try and accomplish it.... Wag nyo nang isipin to at sasakit lang ang ulo nyo he-he....!

15.) What is the thing that will make you think he/she is bad?
A relationship no matter whatever type it is, a friend, a lover, a parent etc, can be compared to a car driver.... You will see how the person will behave towards every problems on the road, every road signs and traffic lights in every streets.... Along the way you will see some turning points, but if the relationship is mutual and strong , they always hang-on and will even manage to come back into straight lines again.... While a bad driver, will start to let go of the stirring-wheel, sit back and relax, watch the car drift-off the road, down to the shoulder, accross the gutter, onto the gravels, into the grass, hits the rubbish bins, crash through the fence, run over the flowers in garden, miss the tree, and into your house via the window pane he-he....! So what would make me think that a person is bad....? I guess it's the same as everyone else who understands what is good and what's bad....! =D

16.) What is it that people don’t know about you?
I am a mirror, whatever you will place in front of me, you will also see in the reflection....

17.) So far, have you had a life-changing moment? What was it?
I'm currently working on it.... I'm still going through the ups and downs but i never forget to pick-up small bits of opportunities along the way....

18.) Name one of your body part your significant other tells you he/she adores.
I don't really have a single clue about that....! I am so big that i think everything they see is a zoom-up of me he-he....! Don't get me wrong, i'm not fat but i'm just big.... Kayo na lang bahalang mag-imagine.... =D

19.) It would be 2008 in a few days, do you have a new year’s resolution?
I wanted to do better, much more better than what i did in 2007.... I hope everything works well this time....

20.) If your better half is cheating on you, will you forgive him/her?
I will.... As long as she will be happy and contented with whatever it is that she've chosen to be, because if she's not, then i will also feel very sad for her for the rest of my life.... Because she was once a part of me too....

Treasure Award....

Got this treasure award from Mrs.T yesterday pero ngayon ko lang ginawa tong entry kasi may kunting christmas party kami ng mga neighbours ko kahapon.... I thought it was going to be held downstairs dun sa apartment ng care-taker kaya ibinaba ko na ang BBQ grill at LPG tank dahil yun daw ang gagamitin namin bandang 4 'o clock sa hapon but in the end ay sa apartment ko pa rin pala nila gustong ilagay ang handaan dahil nasa itaas ito at may balcony pa kaya yun....

Wala naman masyadong madaming pagkain, pero non-stop ang beer.... Then one of my pinoy neighbour brought some bottles of red and white wines.... Nag-inuman, nandun din ang mga family nila and around 8 pm ay nagsi-uwian na ang iba.... Then lumipat kami dun sa place nung kapit-apartment kong pinoy until mga 11 or 12 midnight na with a lot of beer and wine sa bituka pero okay pa rin for some more he-he....! Nagligpit ng mga gamit dun sa pag-barbecue, naghugas ng mga plato at lahat-lahat bago nakipag-chat kay AB until 2 'o clock in the morning and then natulog na rin....

Resulta, tinanghali ako ng gising at medyo gutom na rin.... Ayaw ko pa nga sanang bumangon at inaantok pa kaya lang toilet na toilet na talaga ako....! Kamuntik pang sumama sa'kin yung kumot at unan dun sa may toilet at sa sobrang tulog ko yata ay dumikit na ang mga yun sa mukha ko he-he....! Then i've noticed na para yatang may lindol as in umiikot yata ang buong kuwarto ko....! Oh my gulay, is dis da eynd ops di wurlds na ba waaaah....! Pero teka, parang utak ko lang yata tong umiikot a he-he....! Nagka-hangover pala.... Happy hangover's day to me, and there's only one known remedy for it and that is.... the same brand of course ano pa nga ba he-he....! In short, this bottle of Heineken on your left is my breakfast this morning....! Oks ba....? Panguntra gulat daw, sabi ng mga dakilang manginginom....! Buti na lang once a year ko lang to ginagawa.... Ansakit sa ulo pala pag napasobra ka....!

Happy Holiday....!

Have a merry christmas all....! Ilang oras na lang, Noche Buena na naman....! Na-miss ko tuloy ang pinas, tagal ko rin hindi nakapag-christmas dyan kasi.... I remember my last christmas in pinas was in year 2000 pa, napakatagal na pala....! Whew, dapat ay makauwi na ako talaga next na christmas....! Finally the busy days are over and christmas break is here wooohooo....! Pasensya na po for my being so quiet for the past few days.... Madami lang po kasi akong mga bagay-bagay na tinapos at nilinis prior to this christmas holiday season.... I'm just glad that at last this year is ending na, kasi medyo hindi maganda ang mga naging vibes ko nitong taon na to....

At least naman ay patapos na sya ano....? Welcome new year, at sana ay much better year na rin to para medyo makapag-relax naman ako ng kunti.... Balik blogging nang muli.... Anong nangyari kay Pepe for the past few days na medyo natahimik tong downunder nya....? Well, madami po.... I have to concentrate on my end of the year duties sa trabaho.... I have to make sure that everything on my work table are tidy and well into places kasi mas-clear ang isipan ko pagbalik next year kung tapos lahat ang mga assignments ko for this year di ba....?

Then, i have to prepare for our christmas party na this time ay sa work place lang ang venue kasi medyo hindi rin maganda ang results ng year na to sa trabaho namin financially.... Madaming kapalpakan na nangyari, bumili ng mga makinaryang hindi naman namin kailangan talaga, nag-set ng bagong system na naging pagulo lang sa smooth na flow ng old system, bumagal ang productions, tinanggal ang saturdays work, tinanggal din ang over-time, ni wala pa yatang bunos this year dahil wala pa akong nakikitang bagong figures dun sa bank account ko hanggang ngayon and i will be in big trouble kung wala nga dahil kinapos ang budget ko for this christmas sa dami ba naman ng financial problems ko this whole year....! Hindi rin natuloy ang planong holiday ko in pinas dahil dito.... At kung ano-ano pang mga kapalpakan....!

Pero kahit papano naman ay may mga maliliit na swerte ring dumating sa life ni Pepe this year, though it wasn't really enough to keep me smiling the whole year round ay motivations na rin para mag-move on.... Naks ha-ha....! Anyways, i hope everyone's having a good time this christmas.... I will try to smile this christmas pa rin naman kahit na san damukal na problema yata ang tumama dito sa mukha ko sa buong taon na to.... At least ay hindi naman ako binigyan ng mga problemang hindi ko kayang harapin di ba....? I hope everyone's is having a great time this christmas and for the new year, and ingat na wag maputukan okay....?! I will probably visit your blogs after this to say merry christmas.... Ingatz all....! =D
